Application of BIM Technology in Teaching Reform of the Course of Construction Engineering Measurement and Valuation

BIM technology is widely used in the teaching of architectural specialized courses, which has many advantages,such as visualization, simulation, rich resources and so on. The application of BIM technology in the traditional course of construction engineering measurement and valuation can help students deepen their understanding of knowledge and improve their ability to solve problems by applying knowledge. Through analyzing the main problems existing in the traditional teaching of the course of construction engineering measurement and valuation, this paper points out the advantages of applying BIM technology in the course of construction engineering measurement and valuation, and points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of BIM technology teaching, so as to make it play a full role.
