    Test and Analysis of Extraction Particulate Matter On-Line Monitoring System

    In view of the particulate matter monitoring of stationary emission pollution sources, the specific steps of test and analysis of extraction particulate matter on-line monitoring system are described: firstly, the dust box is compared and verified before the equipment leaves the factory, and the primary term coefficient and constant term of the sensor are determined by calibration; secondly, after the system is installed on site, the mass concentration of particulate matter is calculated by manual sampling and weighing by adjusting the mass concentration of particulate matter under working conditions, and the primary term coefficient and constant term of the system are determined by calibration. Based By comparison to the twice calibration results, the influencing factors of extraction particulate matter on-line monitoring system are discussed. It is pointed out that only after the K value and b value are calibrated twice can the mass concentration of particulate matter under working conditions be reflected more truly by extraction particulate matter on-line monitoring system.
